Forest Bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the Japanese practice of spending time in nature to enhance health, wellness and happiness. During this meditative nature walk, you will be guided through exercises to help you open all of your senses and begin an intimate conversation with Nature.
Our Forest Bathing experiences include everything from journaling and plant observation, to seated and walking meditation, to approachable stretching and breathing exercises that will lower stress levels, boost your mood and fuel your soul.
