Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing

Set an intention for presence of mind, well-being of the body and clarity of the mind. Step into the forest one foot at a time, drinking in the surroundings with all five senses. Feel your spirit uplifting, your connection to Earth strengthening, your intuition heightening.

Forest Bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the Japanese practice of spending time in nature to enhance health, wellness and happiness. During this meditative nature walk, you will be guided through exercises to help you open all of your senses and begin an intimate conversation with Nature.

Our Forest Bathing experiences include everything from journaling and plant observation, to seated and walking meditation, to approachable stretching and breathing exercises that will lower stress levels, boost your mood and fuel your soul.
