After a slow, introspective winter, spring back into action by sowing the seeds of your intentions to reap a most fulfilling life. While popular culture has us scrambling to draft New Year resolutions in the lethargic darkness of winter, spring offers the ideal energy for seeding new goals and intentions.

This workshop style retreat incorporates intention setting, all-levels yoga, meditation and manifestation practices to help you visualize, name and feel your goals and desires. You’ll walk away with a spring in your step: clear-headed, energized and empowered with rituals recipes to turn your dreams into reality.

What You’ll Get

  • Three hours of YOU time in nature

  • Strategic questions that will help you get clear on your life goals and desires

  • Guided meditation and visualization

  • One-hour yoga practice with a long savasana

  • Manifestation practices to bring your ideas into reality

What you’ll need

  • Yoga mat (rentals available by request) and any yoga props you want

  • Water bottle and coffee/tea, if you’d like it

  • Journal and pen

  • Comfy clothes that allow to move and keep you cozy at rest (we’ll be outside in The Eco Institute’s beautiful Gazebo)
